LAPP Drives Industrial Transformation with innovative solutions
At the Hannover Messe, LAPP will be presenting numerous new products that promote sustainable industrial transformation, optimise existing solutions and set new standards.
Stuttgart, 20 March 2026 – When the core areas of industry come together at Hannover Messe from 20 to 24 April 2026, LAPP will once again be right at the heart of the action. The global market leader for integrated solutions and branded products in the field of cable and connection technology will be presenting a wide range of innovations and intelligent solutions for networked industry at its new location in Hall 27, Stand J24. With a clear focus on future technologies, LAPP will continue to provide decisive impetus for automation, digitalisation and sustainable production processes in 2026.
Under the motto ‘THINK TECH FORWARD’, Hannover Messe will showcase groundbreaking technologies for the networked industry. With the trade fair focusing on artificial intelligence and industrial change, LAPP will present innovative new products that drive digital transformation and further develop existing systems in a targeted manner. In addition, LAPP offers practical insights through interactive sessions, live demonstrations and personal consultations at its stand. Visitors can also look forward to tailor-made solutions, including special cables, cable assemblies, box builds and drag chain solutions that are perfectly tailored to specific requirements.
Diverse connectivity and automation solutions
At this year's trade fair, LAPP will be focusing on innovations that promote sustainable industrial transformation, optimise existing solutions and set new standards.
These include new developments from the proven ÖLFLEX® portfolio. The new ÖLFLEX® ROBOT series was designed specifically for dynamic 3D movements in automation. The flexible PVC cables impress with their excellent bending and torsion properties and are designed for demanding applications in robotics and automation. The 909 and 909 D variants in particular can withstand up to 2 million bending and torsion cycles. Thanks to their UL certification, they are also suitable for use in the North American market. For environments with increased electromagnetic interference, the shielded versions 928 D and 909 D offer additional protection to ensure reliable signal transmission.
LAPP presents the ÖLFLEX® SERVO FD 797 CP for use in drag chains. This cable has been specially developed for high mechanical stress in moving applications and offers comprehensive performance features for this purpose: the easily separable inner sheath enables up to 50% faster and more precise cable preparation. In addition, the cable is characterised by its optimised service life, which also meets the requirements of particularly demanding areas of application.
Efficient signal transmission and space-saving connectors
The highly flexible EPIC® ClickConnect M12A PVC patch cable enables fast and vibration-proof signal transmission between sensors and actuators. Thanks to the M12 push-pull connectors, the cable is particularly suitable for use on moving machine parts and drag chains, offering a reliable solution for demanding applications.
Also new to the range are the EPIC® rectangular connector kits, which are available in both plastic and metal versions. The compact connectors have been specially developed for applications with limited installation space.
Reliable network solutions and cables for dynamic applications
In the field of industrial networks, LAPP is expanding its portfolio with the ETHERLINE® ACCESS U Entry Level and the Gigabit variant Entry Level – unmanaged Fast Ethernet switches with five or eight ports. Both models are fanless, making them particularly quiet and completely maintenance-free. This makes them ideal for cost-conscious industrial Ethernet applications where robust technology and high operational reliability are paramount.
Hygienic, heat-resistant and fire-safe cable glands
Hygiene plays a central role in the food and beverage industry. That is why LAPP pays special attention to suitable cable glands. The SKINTOP® CLEAN is suitable for clean rooms, offers microbial protection and enables rapid contamination detection. With the SKINTOP® HEAT and HEAT EMC variants, LAPP is also expanding its portfolio with heat-resistant solutions that can withstand temperatures of up to 200 °C and offer reliable EMC protection. For use in rail vehicles, the company offers SKINTOP® TRAIN and TRAIN EMC halogen-free cable glands, which impress with their increased fire safety and standard-compliant properties.
Experience intelligent networking: LAPP Smart Factory and interactive knowledge world
In addition to numerous new products, the LAPP Smart Factory model is another highlight of the trade fair presentation. With this, the connection specialist impressively demonstrates how data connectivity and the use of LAPP components work in a production-like environment. Common protocol standards such as PROFINET, EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP, CC-Link IE, Ethernet POWERLINK and OPC/UA are supported. The model shows how industrial processes can be made more efficient and future-proof through intelligent networking and state-of-the-art technologies.
The interactive LAPP Knowledge World offers an exclusive programme of events. Visitors can expect practical live demonstrations, technical presentations and exciting interactive sessions. These formats offer valuable insights into the world of networked production solutions and enable direct exchange with LAPP specialists. Individual requirements are discussed in a personal atmosphere and new approaches to process optimisation are presented.
With its innovations and forward-looking technologies, LAPP invites you to shape the industrial future together at Hannover Messe 2026 in Hall 27, Stand J24.
