"FC" variants with Fast Connect cable design for easier assembly. The "Fast Connect" design, including inner sheath and cross separator, significantly reduces the cable assembly time, by eliminating the time-consuming removal of the pair shielding. It also provides undiminished shielding of the core pairs
High resistance to electromagnetic interference thanks to star quad stranding as well as double shielding made of aluminium-laminated foil and copper stranded shielding with a high degree of coverage (SF/UTP)
UL certification according to technical data enables the product to be used on the North American market.
Applications
For fixed installation in the PROFINET network (type A), due to solid conductor design
Also suitable for EtherCAT and EtherNet/IP applications
Can be used in dry and damp environments
The PVC outer sheath is resistant to acids and alkalis and has limited oil resistance
Variant "Y" is suitable for outdoor use, subject to the temperature range.
