Benefits
Reliable and low-interference signal transmission thanks to special core stranding
Transverse watertight thanks to aluminium-PE coating. If the cable is mechanically damaged, water will not penetrate through the outer jacket
Longitudinally watertight thanks to petrolatum filling. If water penetrates at the end of the cable, it cannot spread along the conductors as the cavities between the conductor pairs are filled with jelly-like petrolatum.
Applications
For use as outdoor cable for telecommunication and information processing systems in accordance with DIN VDE 0816-1
Can be used as underground and tube cable
For fixed installation and occasional flexing
Suitable for outdoor use
Flexible use at temperatures down to -20°C.
